Full Board - $1250 Month
-Daily turnout to grass pastures with salt blocks, shelters, & automatic waterers
-Grain of owner's choice twice daily and supplements as directed and provided by owner
-Bran mash weekly
-Orchard / Alfalfa Hay
-Stall equipped with fans, automatic waterers, fly spray system, & pine shavings cleaned daily
-Automatic waters, mats, and fans in stalls
-Blankets, fly masks, bell boots, fly spray, etc. as directed
-Regular manure removal from paddocks and pastures
-Owner on property 24/7
-Use of amenities including regulation size grass dressage arena, sand-clay arena, jumps, wash rack w/ hot & cold water, free trailer storage, and 15 acres of riding area
-Many awesome riding trails and beach located near by
Pasture Board - $750 Month
